How can i tell when the plant is done flowering?? Boy or Girl?? lol

This is my first grow, and i just put someones hydro seed in a 1 gallon plant pot with soil from my local nursery. i started the plant grow in the beginning of December and today it shows signs of budding i guess?? How do i know if its a boy or girl and when will it be time to snip off the buds. Any help would be appreciated Thaks yall.

- the plant was grown outside in the backyard and has only had water other then the other day when i gave it some citrus food that i don't think it liked cause the tips of some of the leaves are turning brown. I was told it might be nute burn..

with the possible exception of the first pic it mostly looks female. the first pic looks like there might be nad or 2. and you will need to dilute the crap out of that fert. its cow manure based and if you used it reg strength is probably way too strong.

took a closer look def looks hermie to me.

so just run water threw it for about 15 minutes? and what will i be looking for to tell me if its a hermie

ok so here is an up close picture of the 2 in question. Will i have to pull the plant if it is a hermie and start a new one?

looks like a different angle so i dont see anything. if you can keep it away from others you can let it pollinate and get a better chance at female seeds as long as it isnt an auto.

Thanks for all your help, this is the only plant. Do you know what breed plant this is (i guess thats the word for it lol) and also when will i know its ready to be harvested.
