(Thank you Single Seeds) I germinated the following 3 Feminised Auto Flowering Strains in Peat Pots . Sweet Black Jack Automatic, Auto Pounder and Biodiesel Auto Mass.

OH SHIT! Didn't I drop the tray on the floor and bounce my babies all over. Which one is which now? Is there any way to tell after they've grown a bit more? I've read that the Black Jack has an unmistakable aroma and taste as well as the Biodiesel so I may possibly figure this out with algebra.

Damn! I left my seedlings in the sun too long and they were all drooped over except for one. I immediately doused all 3 with a mixture of 1/2 ml of Super Thrive in a gallon of distilled water. Within 5 min one has fully recovered and the last one just now lifted her head off the plastic. This is starting out like my winter grow...I tried my best to kill those too but was unsuccessful. Resilient buggers!!

The Midwest temps are still more like winter than spring with nite temps still in the 20's so my murderous plan is this: I have two 14 gallon containers in my garage in the upper storage area that has no heat and is vented to the outside. It's dark up there and gets cold at nite and is pretty hot in the summer. I realize 70 is the optimum temp and 6.5 is the optimum pH but I have no choice as I'm hiding this from my wife and kids. I'm thinking if I transplant these seedlings to one of these containers within the next week or two in regular potting soil (Not the Miracle Grow Type) with an LED, they should be able to survive the nite temps. The day temps will be anywhere from 50-70 and warmer as time goes on.

The big problem is 60-70 days to Harvest and by then the temps will be in the 80's-90's up there by then. I'm thinking this will be OK as this would reflect natural outdoor temps mostly anywhere...just not optimal. Until then, surviving the cold temps are a concern. My job requires weekly travel and home on weekends so that gives me Sat and Sun to care for my plants. I'm also going to do One Auto Flower in my AeroGarden up there.

Any Suggestions? I also need Nute recommendations for the soil. Remember, these are Auto Flower so no Veg stage. I want to experiment or try to get a better yield. I used Miracle Grow this past winter and did ok until temps got down to zero outside...then my yield was markedly decreased and I couldn't get my AK to flower.

What should I use for nutes? Should I use a 12/12 lighting schedule? Would a lighting schedule even increase an Auto Flower yield? Black jack Auto, Biodiesel Auto Mass and Auto Pounder.

could you make this any more difficult for yourself? no buddies with a spare closet or something. those low temps are gonna be tough if all you rely on is heat from a led light. not that it cant be done, but its gonna be one of those slammin your head into the wall things....feels so good when you dont have to anymore.

Temps are now upper 60's and mid 70's+ with maybe a day here or there where it gets cool but then jumps back up to 70's. I have plenty of regular fems and some regular mixed. Do you think it's ok to find a place in the fields to plant now?
