I know I know but I gotta ask this question again--- lighting

I have a 5X10 room, will be growing a indica with high CBD level, first timer so please be gentle. What is the best light to use from start to finish would like to keep it as simple as possible till I gets a little better thanks:)

Read the sticky's in the lighting forum. Lighting is the most important item; more so than nutes, soil. etc.

Big room: big lights
Little room: little lights

sodium is best. draws less power, can be used throughout an entire grow span and doesn't put out the hard UV rays that MH does, which are bad for your eyes. Flouro will work but sodium is better even though it will cost some $.
