Burt Toast you have helped me before.
I have used the dillusion process for about 4 years and it has not yet failed me.
I smoked heavy for the last 3 months.. About an 3.5 grams a week of high test.
It's been 13 days since I have smoked..
I started the dillusion process 3 days ago. I passed the first test? (First Check)There was a very faint line? So the next day I decided to do it again.. After about 4 hours I did the test again.. There was a little mark but I failed..in my book.
Today I started the process again... After about 5.5 hrs I took the (First Check) test again. This time I passed.
Yesterday I after I took the second test I was sick to my stomach. I drank feverously, I ended up vomiting 6 or 7 times.. I gotta tell you that vitamin B tastes horrible.
I called my employer and said I was sick and gof another day.
So about an hour later I went and did my thing at the clinic. After the test the nurse stated that they were going to send the result to the lab and I should have the results within 24 to 48 hours.?
Usually I have had immeadiate results.
Any thoughts?

Its likely that the facility is not (or no longer) certified to conduct on-the-spot instant testing and is only certified to collect the samples. In such a case, the sample has to be sent to a seperate facility for any analysis being performed - an occurence that is not at all uncommon.

I hear what you are saying... I asked the guy, he told me the company has chose to do it this way.. I called my friend who works for the same employer, and said they administer the same test? As the instant.. For some reason I do not feel this confident.. or they test the urine the same way? and do they test the same levels?

An initial assay screen is performed first, usually with a cutoff threshold of 50 ng. But a client (employer) can opt for an assay screen with a threshold as low as 20 ng.
Do you have a copy of your COC form (you should)? It would state the type of urine test being performed in the form of a test code.
A typical test code would read something like this:
SAP 5-50 w/NIT
...which translates into Substance Abuse Panel (screen), Five types of drugs to be screened, with a 50 ng cutoff threshold for THC. The 'NIT' code means that they will be performing a validity test which includes checking for excessive nitrites. However, validity checks had become lab SOP in recent years, making the indication of the 'NIT' code less and less necessary.

Marijuana Metabolite 50 NG/ML 15 NG/ML So they will be screening for 10 types of drugs with a 50 ng cutoff threshold for THC, which is the same cutoff as most home test kits. The confirmation GC/MS (15 ng) will only be performed on any of the 10 panels that have tested non-negative on the initial screen. If you test negative on the initial screen, the test is over right there as a "pass" - no confirmation GC/MS will be performed.
