Which GH chart to use?

I'm using Flora Series simple drain to waste. Which chart should I use? The one on the container itself or the GH pamphlet? I have noticed FloraGro on the container chart suggests 15ml per gallon compared to FloraGro pamphlet suggests 1ml per gallon. I have been using GH for four years. All has been good but looking for bigger without burning.
