Are you positive , cause I don't want to mess it up if it is female, and it has clearly white pistols on it.

It's a boy. Those are not white hairs. They are stipules.

I see the stipules but my camera isn't good enought pick up the white hairs but they are there right above the stipules

it may have some female flowers on it, all that means is it hermaphrodited on ya. at best you may get a couple seedy airy loose and scraggly buds from it. no one wants to hear the got a male or hermie on their first go raound but it happens to everyone.

That's definitely a boy... with lotsa balls fulla pollen. Put a bag over it and get rid of it unless you're tryin' to make some seeds.
