DRUG TEST HELP

Hey guys,
I am 20 years old, heavy marijuana user and i weigh about 110 pounds and i am 5'7".
I have a dream internship this summer for a company that is huge!!!-if i get this job i am practically set- i got the offer a couple of days ago but it had a condition of passing a medical and security clearance.
Im pretty sure the medical involves a urine analysis for drugs.
Now my question is,
i don't want to quit, i really don't, i want to substitute, how can i do that? what kind of bottle shall i put the piss in and how can i keep it warm.

Secondly, they might do a swab test, how long will it be before it won't show up in my saliva (how long to quit)?

please help me guys, i really want to pass this test!!

Im thinking of synthetic urine....does it work?
or i have a clean friend who is willing to give me his pee...how can i keep it warm from the moment it leaves his system till the time i take the test...PLEASE HELPPPP
