First, I am sure they will tell you not to water, it looks like it is drowning. Let it dry out and hope for an answer from a real grower. In the meantime, read about how to grow, in the next link.

I use 4 Cfls and I used miracle grow, but I stopped using it because I thought that was what caused the leaves to curl at the ends and start to die. I also flushed it and changed the soil to moisture control a coco perlite mixture.

because MG soil can be tricky since its a release feed
but if your just useing the MG liquid feed then start with 1/4 dose then use 1/2 doses after a couple of feeds and up untill you reach a hole dose but never go over a hole dose
and if you think its the bulbs then just the tops will burn before the tops and its the other way around for nutrient burns
as long as the bulbs are 6 to 8 inches it shouldnt burn
