How can i maintain a High Humidity enviornment in my room

I was wondering for some tips or tricks or whatever im brand new to this and just started with my aerogarden. If someone can help so i can keep the enviornment at high humidity in my room to avoid mold and mildew which have been around my 5 day old sprouted seed

if you have a mold rob in the vegatative growth you can use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water to fix it
but you can just adjust your fans and expirament with it switch and check a hour later till you get it right

do i just like spray a tad on it? its really small

yes just mist them and dont forget the bottom leafs!!!

FYI. In Veg, you want 60% or higher humidity.

In flower you want to hold the humidity down to around 40% Good Luck
