I have a plant in its 3rd week of flowering and now I see my container is too small it's starting to flower but its growing super slow it seems should I transplant to a bigger container or just let it go its very healthy just very slow growth

If you WISH to transplant - it is safe to do while flowering, just don't shake her too much

Hmm, you could just stack it.
Half fill a container with fresh soil and nest that girl into it.
If she's wanting more root room, she'll jump on it.

But Dutch is a master grower.
The chemistry gets hard to manage in a small pot.
I'm not saying, "don't try this at home", please do, but know that it's not as easy as Dutch makes it look.
