Does Velveeta Cheese help you pass a drug test?

I have a pre emp drug test in a couple of days. My friend recently told me he knew a guy on probation that would eat an entire block of velveeta cheese, drink a shit load of cranberry juice, and load up on water the day before the test and he never failed a one. Has anyone ever heard of this?
