I've actually been toking for a few years, but just got my red card last week. I've been smoking up all day, understandable right?
Unfortunately I've been waking up with congestion and sinus pain, and I'm wondering if there's any way to prevent/relieve this.
Now I know the answer is probably "smoke less", but hey, on the off chance it's not...
Anyway this is my first post as a MMJ patient... so far, enjoying it immensely. :rasta:

kkkk..Welcome to the board, glad to read your enthusiasm. enjoy!
What is your Temperature, pulse and if you can take it. B/P. Sore throat, earaches?
If those are all normal, I'd head to the local drugstore and get some OTC's for it. If you don't know what to get, check with the pharmacist, they will know what works for your symptoms. I'd take something like otc Alieve.. with it, provided you are not taking any aspirin (advice from my allergist) My allergist likes coricidin products, also. All are otc
Marijuana can be an irritant. You may want to switch and use a vape. See if that makes a difference.
I am sativa sensitive and I get profoundly dry in my sinus's with a really good sativa. When I feel a post-nasal drip or congestion...I go for the sativa~ I keep around for that. It tends to dry out and clear my sinus's and it keeps me awake, the sativa and my sinus's. I'd rather be awake breathing, instead of miserable 'trying' to sleep. :rasta: pr
