Quickfix 5.7 Recent Sucess Use At Quest Diagnostics?

Hey guys, 1/24/13 I had to take a 6405H SAP 5-50 GC/MS urinaylsis. I subbed with Quickfix Plus 5.7-1. Batch # is forgotten and that is bothering me. Anyway it was a split specimen collection as well. The lab is Quest Diagnostics as stated. It says the address for the MRO is in Miama Florida, so im guessing thats where my "pee" is going. I'm really nervous as it was a pre-employment DT and I need the job. I know there's so many threads about this but I havent been able to find one recently and meeting the same criteria as the stipulations involved with mine.

Also the temp was fine it was 99 degrees and checked off by the lady at the hospital.
