drug paraphernalia charges

i cant seem to find the answer im looking for online.. i live in washington and i was told if you have a drug charge it will prevent you from getting a medical marijuana card... my question is.... does this apply to a peraphernalia charge as well ????

they probably(but i have no way of really knowing for sure) they probably mean a felony charge. was paraphernalia considered a felony? or misdemeanor? might ought to speak to lawyer or...as much as i hate to say it...a cop.(im not bashing cops, they have an ugly job and most of them would rather not be dealing with busting us)

are we talking washington state or DC? if its the state i would think with the new law that would be expunged or something ...unless youre underage and that changes things altogether. but as misdemeanor i would think youd be ok anyway. but again i dont live
there. you really need to speak to someone there who knows the law.

well its legal for rec use there now so i would like to think youd be all set. but unless youre underage i cant see why youd need a card as opposed to just smokin when you want.
