There are so few major events like this in the Inland Empire where patients, supporters and community members can come together to honor those whose pioneering and often dangerous work have brought us to where we stand today – on the threshold of ending marijuana prohibition and making the world safe for cannabis once again.
I look forward to celebrating with you and many others on Saturday, January 19 at Presto Quality Care, 647 Main St., Riverside 92501.
BTW – we need four volunteers to work the seminar and dinner. This is an all-day, all-evening shift from 12:30 p.m. to whenever it is over. You will be doing things like greeting people, having them sign in, selling tickets for the dinner, helping set up the for the dinner, assisting Dennis Peron and Paul Krassner with book sales, clean up and so on. You will not have to pay for the ceremony and dinner but you will work for it. If you would like to volunteer, please send me an email and I will get back to you promptly. Thank you in advance for your help and assistance with what is one of the most significant medical marijuana events ever held in the Inland Empire.
