Whether a job participates in "random" drug testing...

Ive been working at a hospital pharmacy for about a year now and during my application process there was a pre-employment drug screening. I passed and started working, I have yet to hear anything of the sort regarding random drug screenings and I'm itching to start up smoking again. How safe am i to assume, after 12 months of nothing, that they dont participate in random screenings?

You're not going to find an answer here for that question. We don't work at your location and have no clue about their random drug screenings procedures..

i haven't taken a random yet but i know they test for randoms. It's been 15 months since i had a drug screen. I smoke every other week, and keep some quick fix with me when i go to work just incase there is a random.

Is there a way to find out if a place does random testing without arousing suspicion?

just ask an employee that your pretty close too. You know what i mean.. And if your just starting i wouldn't ask your boss.

Invest $40 in a bottle of QF. You will never have to worry again. I'm about to go buy another myself for backup. It lasts like 2 years. I think $40 is worth the anxiety free high life :)
