I can't read what the stats are and I haven't seen these lights befor so I couldn't tell you how many you will need. I currently have four clones only a few inches tall and they each have their own light over top of them which works but I add another light to the top or side as soon as leaves start to shadow themselves. That's my rule of thumb. When I see a shadow its time to add another light. I currently have 9 cfls of various watts and such on one 2 month old clone now in flowering. Everyone has their own rule of thumb but I figure if your leaves are shadowed then theyre not getting enough light.

im gonna start with 10( 12000 lumens) 190w of cfl power. i think it should be fine for my small box, but that only covers the flowering part of my grow.
how much light will i need for the veg part?

I think your good for veg and flower with what you have. I have a setup like yours with a few more cfls and im in flowering, I plan on adding two more cfls next week which will be my 4th wk of flower and I've got some nice buds growing. Ill keep you updated with my grow and let you know how much I get from a similar setup and similar amount of light. Im expecting a good amount.

Your suggesting I use warm lighting for both veg and flowering? My box is gnna end up being 3x3x3 ill post pics once I build it

Yeah I think your ready to go. That's about the way I do it. But I use 5 gallon buckets. I work my way up to them of course. I also use fox farm soils. So I don't have to worry about drainage and nute issues for weeks. And my grow is well off. If you follow what it says in the link you'll be good to go.
