well f me it happened again

My light felm on my favorite plant and broke the main stem and a few others. Any suggestions on what to do? I've taped them up as best as possible. Checked on the plant this morning. Most of the leaves look ok but the set at the very top of the main stem have wilted all the way over and appear to be almost dead. Is appreciate any help

dunno if it actually works but ive heard you can use some sort of grafting compound to heal split stems etc. why are your lights falling?
