ok people.. i had my 10th time smoking last weekend and it was good. But i cant seem to b able to reach my objective. The first time i smoked i had a small amount and was "Laughing Uncontrollably" , everything likes there special feeling and that is mine. I have not exprienced that again since my first time, and i have smoked alot more than what i had.. why?. Is there Legal Herbs that would give me this "Uncontrollable Laughter"?.

Since you are still pretty new to weed smoking it is possible that you arent inhaling correctly or maybe just not holding in your hits long enough. Anyway, just try when you smoke to inhale deeply, and hold it in for 5-10 seconds to get the maximum stone from your weed. Also try bongs, they usually get you really really high, and also make the smoking experience more pleasant on the throat and lungs
