Hello all,

I am perplexed by the Virginia laws with regard to medical marijuana. My wife is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer but it seems that medicinal cannabis is impossible here do to the wording of the law. She is in terrible pain and not able to get out of bed most days. Does anyone know of any cannabis options in Virginia for cancer patients?

Thanks in advance...

There are many states still with laws for possession. Honestly, if your doctor has recommended it as a viable treatment, or its something your wife wants to explore, well I can say from personal experience, I would not deny my wife. I occasionally pass through virginia but I'm not aware of any legal option or co-op in the area. Might I suggest contacting your virginia NORML rep if there is one?
