If you fill out a trouble shooting form and paste it you will have better luck figuring it out. Let everyone know about your whole setup. Without knowing things like the ph of the water you use, size of pots, type of bulbs, type of ventilation, etc. Its a guessing game. A pic helps also. If your pots are drying out completely in one day I would say its time to transplant into something bigger. If they aren't completely dry and you are watering everyday, sounds like over watering. Are you using RO water or tap water? If its Ro water you will want to add Cal/mag or molasses. Make sure you have the ph around 6.5ish everytime you water. If the ph isnt close to 6.5, your plant will lock out needed nutrients. The troubleshooting form will answer a lot of questions people wanting to help. Good luck

Also you might wanna put this in the Plant Problems section. Click on this link http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/ and you will find the form and be in the right section.

I ran into this problem and no one on this site was able to give me the answers that I needed. So I research it for several weeks trying to nail down my problem. I am also a first time grower so u can take this with a grain of salt if u want but I have 10 healthy plants that are currently in their 3rd week of flowering. I will attach pics of my problems and then pics of my healthy plants so u can see.
I came to the conclusion that my plants were lacking the nuitrients they needed and were having a calcium and magnesium deficiency. I got some CalMag and watered them with that for a week and then I started using the "lucas formula" which is a combanation of Flora Nova Bloom and Flora Nova Micro. Every few feedings I would also give it some Dyna Grow 7-9-5. You dont want to over due it with the chemicals tho because u could burn the plants with them. I would feed one day and water the next time. I prob fed/watered my plants 4 days a week.
When ur plant is deficient in nuitrients it will get stunted and stop growing. Thats what happened to me on 10/17/12 and I started giving them the CalMag and I saw an explosion of growth again on 10/21/12. Shit worked fast.

Here they are when they were sick...I fought the problem for almost the entire time they were veg

Here they are now healthy and flowering

Looks like lack of nutes dude... My best suggestion would be to stick to one kind of food.. if your going to go with a 2 part, 3 part whatever.. stick to the same food for the entire grow. Second.. use a tried and tested feeding schedual.. whatever kind of food you get... use the feeding chart that tells you how much of each bottle to mix in at different times. All 2 part and 3 part foods have these charts available.. ask at your grow store or check the website... All plants need different things at different times throughout thier life cycle.. and by sticking to one food and one schedual you should notice a BIG improvement because your plants will be getting the correct type of nutes at the correct time! Good luck dude!
