Virgin Grower needs help

Hi folks

I've been left in the lurch by my gardener with a grow.
The plan is to grow Think Different on a hydro-deck.
I've tried looking around the net for advice, but so far only uncovered vids of folk showing off their crops.
Anyone care to walk me through this one?

I should add that i've already cracked the seeds in Root-Riot pods in a prop under a 40w bulb (started 5 days ago).
