They started off just fine all through veggatative growth. They were in veg for 5 weeks then switched to flower they have been in flower for 4 days and on day 2 they started to show browning on the older leafs and it started from inside out, now some of the leafs are curling up/in. A few of the leafs turned all brown but they weren't crispy. I hand water and I think I overwatered causing a phosphorous lockout. Also I think theres a cal mag deficiency and or salt build up.

Anything helps I appreciate it buddy. I just flushed one strain and I'll check on them at the end of the cycle. Did you go right back to using full strength notes after you flushed? I've been reading a lot of people say 1/4 strength mutes for a day or something like that

A pic of the whole plant would help.
Maybe too much ferts or what I'm seeing from your leaves are they got wet when the lights are on or they lay together and transpire and the big light burns them. make sure the leaves do not get wet during light hours. It's OK during dark.
Maybe a hot spot from your light.

What is your runnoff PH ? that's more important. If your container is 3 gallons then you should water with 3 gallons. Yes 3 gallon. Pour it through slow. This makes sure it is watered to the bone and then it needs to dry out good and repeat. Watering too often and with too little is a common problem. The soil just doesn't get wet to the bone. Small amounts don't flush bad things out and build up fert salts

I may be wrong, but there are two things I noticed. First you state thate you do not have a good fresh air supply. This is critical to plant growth, however because the onset was so quick I discount this as the real problem, but it does need to be addressed some time. What I am seeing ( without good pictures of the whole plant ) is a result of overwatering. Befor you water again, when the pots are fairly dry, gently remove the pot and check the roots. Are they a nice white or light tan in color? Or are they a dark brown or have blackish areas. If so theat would be an indication of root rot. This is a fungas that attacks the roots and is most often caused by overwatering. The cure is fairly simple. If you have access to a good hydro store then get a bottle of 28% hydrogen peroxide. Using 3 to 5 ml. of h2o2 to one gal of water flush the heck out of them. Make sure that the entire soil medium is saturated with the water/h202 solution. Then put them back in the flower room and do not water until the pot is noticably lighter in weight. Or until the plants are crying for water. At this point you should see a noticable difference in the progression of the problem. The damaged leaves will not recover, however the remainder of good leaves should show signs of returning health. You might add a bit of cal/mag to the water on first watering as well.

just my 2 cents worth.

I found out it was light burn! Idk what the run off ph is but my water is always 5.8, Idk if I'm going to flush the LSD or not they seem to be doing fine since I turned down the light output to 60% I did overwater that's for sure. I'm letting the plants I flushed dry out and if that seems to have a good impact I'll consider flushing the LSD. Thank you for the info pal.

Thank you for the info, I did over water for sure. It was definitely light bleaching and they should be fine now :)
