Hello all, thanks for clickin on the title. Maybe I can keep your knowledge coming back to assist. Anyway, here we go:

I dont quite remember when exactly we dropped those seeds, nor do I know anything about their family. If I remember correctly, it wasnt bad smoke. Anyway, we came back from a trip to find 2 sprouts on the window sill and one in the plant bucket out back. Had 2 F40 tubes and a shop light so thats what those little boogers got for the first week or so.

Id love to show them to you all, but the bottom of this page says that I cant upload attachments for some reason. I guess Ill send a note to a mod or something and see if we can remedy that.

Anyway I now have them under 8 100w(replacement value) 5000k CFLs, and those lights are within 1 1/2 inches from the "canopy" 24-0. Gonna start moving toward 12-12 in 2 hour increments, any suggestions on periodicity? Im thinking about every 2 cycles depending on growth.

I am using Jobes 4-4-4 organic, and a concoction of water, banana peels, and coffee grounds that I feed with. I need a good source of phosphorous, any ideas? I will probably back off the bananas until we head to flower, the peels make my roses do wonderous things....maybe itll work for da dank.

They have just shown their 5 pointed leaves, and I think Im gonna remove the lower 3 pointers so that the shoots can come up. The nodes are about 3/4 to 1 inch apart, and I think I will commence LST on the biggest (it wont have a name till its a she) at about 9 inches. The plant is 6 now.

I have had issues with 2 of them. The one that was outside is having a hell of a time getting used to being in the house, and I made a really stupid transplant mistake with the other.....during a transplant, I had the bare roots of the plant in my hand, a long and very sad story. But they are all living and as soon as I get this pesky pic thing fixed Ill upload.

Finally, Im completely positive that Im screwing something up.........I have read for days on this site and feel that I have a fairly firm understanding of how to accomplish what so many of you have, but I do have a question or two:

1. Can the % of THC be controlled by how the plant is grown? (can I maximize the plants natural range) Clearly I dont expect to turn terrible pot into outstanding pot, but possibly I can turn sorta good pot into very good pot.

2. I have the plants in a closet that contains the airhandler and the hot water heater (electric), my humidity is 32% and Ive got two containers of water and a wet sponge in there now. My understanding is that I want to be around 65% humidity. Can I expect any issues with the plants at that %?

If I can pull off the beautiful product that Ive seen on this site Ill be a rock star. As soon as I figure out the picture thing Ill get some up. Thanks for dropping by, if you drop by again........thanks even more.

Cheers

Still in veg, the 2 small ones seem to be enjoyin the food......I have preformed LST today on the bigger one (call it alpha for now).

I also fed them as they seemed alittle dry after only two days, just a little drink. I wanna see what they are doing in the morning.

I have also started bringing them down to 18/6, tonight they will have 1 hr of dark and I will continue to ease them over the next week or so down to my goal.

In the pictures you will see that I am pruning all the leaves that block the shoots from light.....it seems to me that there is no reason to feed that leaf if its just in the way. My plan is to train and prune the main around the pot, I will support it with "crutches" if needed. I wanna see how many large colas I can achieve with my small set up.

Alpha has a main about 9 inches long, I figure another week or two and it may be ready for flower. Depends I guess........hell, I dont even know what Im doing. Alpha is a very strong plant, I hope its female.

Humidity is still an issue @ approx 35-40%
Now down to 18/6, gonna hang out there for at least the weekend and maybe all of next week.
Started feeding with Hemi Bloom yesterday (1/4 strength). Still using the coffee grounds as well.

As you can see in the pictures, the plants began to show yellowing tips on the leaves.........Im pretty sure it was due to lack of water. I have moved watering up to every other day. Came home from work yesterday and Alpha had an entire branch of wilted leaves, they arent getting better but they arent getting worse either. Hopefully this isnt a bigger issue.

Gants!! First off, that soap crap dont work, save your money. I read on this site that some people have used dryer sheets to control pests.......hence the dryer sheets you see.

The LSTs are proving to be MUCH better than topping in my opinion. Other than a couple of small issues I think the plants are healthy happy and unstressed. Alpha has about 5 or 6 secondary shoots reaching for the sky, Im gonna let another node or two come out before I allow the main to turn upward to the light.

Overall, they are nice, bushy, stinky plants..........I hope they are all female.

Im getting antsy to send them to flower, but I think another week on 18/6 will do them some good. I plan to transplant them to 3 gal pots before we move to flower.........depending on growth, I may transplant them by the end of next week.
