View Full Version : Canadiates for 08..
Anyone thinking about it yet. I think the main republican will be McCain and the Main Demo will either be Guillani (sp?) you know former governer of NY or John Edwards.

McCain, i think, is a pretty good candidate! But Id like to see Hilary Clinton run, i know shed be kickin some republican ass! The sexist republicans would be so outraged to see a woman actually think of running for presidency, it would be hilarious, " But she-she's a woman"! '08 seems so close, yet so far, who knows what the future will entail for our fucked up government!
Ya Hillary is going to run. A Woman as President. Be weird. She might want to be careful though for some extreme right wing fanatic taking her out from a mile away.

Seriously, extreme right-wing fuckers are like that too, remember JFK?
She is going to have a mexican for Vice President. That way if she is killed, that right winger has now just allowed the border to open up.

LMAO, the rite wing already opened the border to get mexican votes!

yeah, and george bush is bill clinton on steroids.
he's not at all conservative, except for these superficial petty 'differences' parroted by both fox and cnn...working with each other to keep everyone uninformed. both lying by omission and spinning dictatorship like it's hip and nothing to worry about, and mixing in entertainment and sports, which should be insulting to people.

Giuliani is a Republican (and former mayor of NYC), so it's highly unlikely he'll run for president as a Democrat. Although it wouldn't surprise me at all to see him run. He'll just do it as a Republican.
McCain is too moderate for the conservative base of the Republican party. In 2000, Bush and the conservatives treated him horribly with push polls and basically lying about him to the electorate in the South Carolina primary. He's the only Republican politician whom I respect without reservation. I'd vote for him, depending on the opposition, and I'm liberal.
Unless John Edwards pulls his head out of his ass, I hope he doesn't run. As soon as all the exit polls came in from the 2004 election, he swiftly made a move towards the right by talking non-stop about how important his faith it to him and damn near nothing else. That's all good to me, I just happen to think he was pandering with another run in mind.
Hillary is the odds-on favorite to be the Democratic nominee and she'll get slaughtered in a general election. People may say they're ok with a female president, but they won't be when alone in the voting booth. Plus, she's got kind of a shady history with the law firm in Little Rock where she used to work, which Republicans are sure to use for their advantage. They'll do the same in a whisper campaign against her because of where she went to college. The rumors will be that she's a ultra feminist lesbian. No one will say it publicly, at least none of the candidate will. But just watch and see. The talking heads on TV won't shut up about it.
So, I think it'll be Giuliani/Rice vs someone who'll manage to fuck up for the Democrats. With a black woman on the ticket and knowing that Democrats will move to right instead of the left, which cost them in 2004, it's a no-brainer to me.
I wish the people I would want to be president would run. But good people almost never do.

I think she'll be Giuliani's running mate. They can assuage Southerner's fears about her being black by pointing to her being a Republican, and one of Bush's favorites at that. Although it's damn shame that people would need to be set at ease on that front.
I don't like her because I think she's fuckin' nuts. If indeed she does run, for anything, I'll probably be branded a racist for saying that.

I had a feeling Giuliani was republican, just wasnt 100% sure! I wonder if hed get the NY vote, even though NY is known to be a majority democratic state. If Rice runs and gets votes, these people are fucking crazy. That bitch lied to everyone soo many times, and she never directly answers a question, for example, when she was on the stand for the 9/11 commission, she never once answered a question directly, the commissioners had to repeatedly ask the same questions over & over, and i also remember one of the members saying something like "could you please give a direct answer", and Rice responds with some BS off answer. Shes very good at manipulating debates, so im sure republicans love her no matter what!

Yeah, this country ain't ready for such a bad-dressing woman president either. If she does get elected, someone needs to send a spy into the white house to get nude photos. That would be great, the most powerful country in the world, has a femal pres. with nude pics on the internet. lol

you may know all the horror stories of communism...but you don't understand how it is to live under fabian socialism, historically and presently, in day to day life and the effects it has around the country. you won't realize it until it's so apparent you can't ignore it.
what's your definition of communism?

Disclaimer: I would only mastrubate to pics of nude Hillary if she was the president.
Deomocrats will never win another election if they try to siphon off Republican votes. What the Democrats need are fresh, new ideas that are dumb and hateful enough to win these people over.
You know, stuff like, "No drinking on Christmas." Or how about a Constitutional Amendment protecting the song, "God Bless America"? I say, let's put a fetus on the dollar bill! With Reagan!
And you know what country has been asking for an ass-kicking in the worst way? Finland. Yes, Democrats need a really, really stupid, meaningless and utterly symbolic issue. And by issue, of course, I mean, thing to hate.
How about this? An amendment that says people with gerbils are threatening the sanctity of pet ownership--and that from now on, pet owning will be defined only as the relationship between a person and his cat or dog.
Now, my opponent may disagree. That's because he's a fag.
So, Democrats - Democrats and liberals, stop saying you're going to move because Bush won. Real liberals should be pledging to stay because Bush won. Trust me, you can't get away from Bush by moving to France. Because that's where we're invading next

GO TO SAUDI ARABIA FOR A MONTH AND THEN TELL ME THERE ARE NO TERRORISTS
Im glad you brought that up. Saudi arabia is a very fertile breeding ground (training, recruiting and base of operations ground.) for terrorists, (in fact many of the terrorists invovled in the attacks on 911 were saudis.) much more so than Iraq was, and yet, knowing this, we didn't invade Saudi Arabia but instead we invaded Iraq, a country with paltry ties to Al-Quaida at best.
