Need help running HPS/Metal H lamp...No instructions HELP

Hello been using cfls and just bought online a Metal H/HPS 400 watt and it said in the online description uses BOTH with a change of cords?
Well on recieving it.,Came with both bulbs and only one power cord.

The Metal H works fine
When i plug in the HPS circuit breaker pops.

No switchs except dimmer knob on balast,No instructions,NO other power cord..

My females are in flower mode and OMG excited to give good light IPO cfls

what you have is a dual voltage digital ballast. change power cords to use 220v
why breaker is tripping is ..i dunno. ballast should start both mps and mh conversion bulb. check wattage of hps bulb maybe wrong wattage?

Ok after talking with electricain found i needed a dedicated power source as the hps draws a lot of power or watts whatever..LOL Electrail is very confusing.But i have him wiring 4 dedicated plugs in my newly made grow room.1000 watt hps for flower grow tent and 400 watt metal H for veg room!
