i have 6 plants all 16 days old quick run down. Happy frog soil, roots organic with perlite 75/25 mixture, 5 gallon pots , 200 watt max lume cfl 6500 k 18000 lumens, fan for ventilation, Botanicare pro grow 3-2-4. All plants are doing great but one, its acting like its retarded the first two nodes grew great, then the next set of leaves have been growing for a week and not even close to full size like the others. The leaves are growing all different directions drooping and just look like they have warts on them, the plant has been working hard to grow them but not getting anywhere new growth on the top is starting to show. My question is should i cut the the retarded leaves so it stops putting so much effort into growing it so it can focus on the new growth. It literally took a week to grow two half size abnormal fan leaves. Feedback appreciated

in my growing career i have learned that plants are like people. if you get 20 people in a room, 9 times outta 10 your gonna have 20 different looking people. In a grow you can treat every plant exactly the same but one may come out really tall, another really short, just like people. I wouldn't worry about it much. If your growing for yourself and you have the time and room you can nurse the plant or if you dont have much room and say your a dispensary grower, you'd probably get rid of the underdeveloped plants quickly, making room for the strong.
