why are my leaves doing this!?!

My leaves are beginning to show a jagged pattern, like certain parts of the leaves such as the sides mainly are sticking up higher than the rest of the leaf. I transplanted them in the beginning and it seemed to take care of the problem, but now its happening on the new growth. I posted this at one point before, but no one offered their opinion. If someone could just offer me some advice, it would be very helpful to someones first grow. I checked all the obvious stuff such as ph etc my soil is still moist, and i have a fan for ventilation. Thank you!

wat sort of set up do u have i have 400w hps and rvk100 for vent in 3x3x7.5 feet space :rastasmoke:
