I spoke to Missouri State Senator Pearce earlier this summer and asked him why he did not support MMJ in our state. His answer was well thought out and hard to dispute. He said as soon as the American Cancer Society recognized MMJ as a viable treatment for ANYTHING, he would support it. Until then, he had to answer to his constituents.

I truly believe that to turn this situation around, those in our community who are able to do the work that will eventually get the ACS to work in this direction, need to keep doing what we can to heal those around us as best we can. Eventually, the word will get out... those using our meds are getting relief.

Honestly, I would have thought that MO would have jumped on the band wagon a LONG time ago - Problem for springfield is just politics, the voters think it means a buncha teens will be running wild in the streets high and passing out in parked cars.

These people should take a good long look at north carolina, to see how things get done right (albeit slow).

speaking of which, who wants to finance my grow op in NC? :D
