Hey everyone I wanted to make an account here to post my experience using the dilution posted here with the exception of adding soluable fiber to the mix.
Here is a bit of history: I am a habitual smoker that has smoked almost daily for the last 10 years, probably a half oz a week. On sept 06 I decided that I finally had enough and wanted to get clean so I quit cold turkey and have not touched it since. With that being said I recently applied for a job that has a pre_employment screening policy and I was given the job as long as I pass the drug screening.

I bought a home test kit and used it without diluting and failed on Monday the 24th. I just found out that the test will be this Thursday and I'm nervous to say the least. I,ve done a lot of research online and the dilution method here seems to be the most legit so I,m going with it. I will not be using creatine supplements but right now Tuesday night I'm eating 4 4oz. Steaks cooked just past rare for the extra creatine. I will be skipping step 1 as asprin no longer works. In the addition to following the rest of the steps I'm also going to add soluble fiber to the routine adding 30mg of fiber starting tomorrow. I will also use gatorade instead of water to help keep the gravity of my urine up.

I will post exact details of my dilution routine after I complete it.
Any other suggestions would be taken seriously but don't come at me with the eat jello, drink bleach bullshit.

Thanks in advance and ill let you all know how it goes...

So I got thed email telling me the facility that ill be going to and its making me nervouse. They use escreen and their description of the cup type says " We’ve designed the lid of our eCup to include a built-in specimen-validity profile. This built-in test strip identifies any donor tampering. The eReader also provides interpretation documentation of possible tampering by testing for nitrates, pH and creatinine in the specimen." So now I'm thinking I'm fucked and need to look into substituting.. anyone had experience with diluting an escreen test?

When doing your dilution "practice drills" you should have some validity test strips at hand to check your efforts. Heck, you can also use the same "cup type" test kit to keep tabs on your creatinine and specific gravity. Validity test kits are inexpensive and can be found by doing a Google search for drug adulteration test kits.

Thanks BT but I'm seriously considering substitution at this point. I have someone with guaranteed clean urine. I'm worried that with my long term heavy usage is going to cause a fail. The test is tomorrow morning so I have no time to get any other self testing supplies nor do I have a creatine supps and I don't think the meat I ate will be enough. I'm still going to prepare as much as possible for a dilution but I'm now trying to figure out the best substitution method.

OK so I have the method I'm going to use to bring the urine into the facility. I'm going to use an Effluent sample bag which holds 150ml of fluid and has a line with a clamp on it. I'm going to cut the end off to shorten the tubing and only fill it with 60ml of urine. I figure 60 ml will be plenty. and the beauty of this bag is that its small and when you fold it in half you can fit it snugly behind your balls and tuck it between your ass crack and it stays with no tape or anything, I already did a test trip and went to the store with the bag on me and it stayed perfectly. With that said I've done some practice runs holding the urine up under my balls between my ass crack for 2 hours and when i "voided" into the cup i measured the temp and it was 94.5f. is that too low? should i use an auxiliary heat source till i get to the facility and the tuck it before i go in? My seats are also heated so I'm thinking if I go from home with it tucked I'm going to put the heated seats on max? 286932

when i "voided" into the cup i measured the temp and it was 94.5f. is that too low?90-100F at the sample cup is the acceptable temp range.

90-100F at the sample cup is the acceptable temp range.

So I should be good, I'll post the results tomorrow.

The method worked flawlessly, I did not get the results yet but I know ill pass, my only concern was the temp which made it to 94 on the temp strip. So in my opinion for a PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN substitution is the way to go. It was so easy and much easier to do than spending money on test strips, vitamins, & creatine pills. All you need is a 2oz bottle and clean urine.
