I know that removing fan leaves is a very controversial debate. Many forums are loaded with intensive discussions.

My setup: 400watt MH(not changing ot hps for flower), A little more than 1foot by 3 foot space. Temps are perfectly fine. About 3 feet available height. Using a hydro feed called, Nutrifeed. Will be switching to flower nutes soon. ... They vegged for about 6 weeks. flower now

I am LSTing quite heavily. Just normal bagseed plants. Probably a heavy swazi influence. (I live in South Africa where swazi is the norm). They are all approx. 1foot tall. bushy as f#(k ... Just turned them onto 12/12. 3 days ago. I can almost see the three that are female. Waiting a bit longer to be sure.

During veg I removed A LOT of fan leaves. It was just WAY too crowded. Did some topping aswell (was actually trying FIM, But I didn't get all of them properly, still practising, no lasting harm was done though.)

What I neeeeed to know is, from here on, what should I do with regards to triming fan leaves? .. I will be removing the three males and will have some extra space, to tie down etc. The shoots off of the tied branches have all started to do pretty well, getting quite bushy in the centre of the pot. Should I remove some foliage in the cente?

I have allowed the tied branches to grow upwards(quite drastically) But I will be tying them down aswell, when there is available space after murdering the males.

I have a feeling I should just leave them to grow now, tie em when the males are gone, then just see. . . It is the first grow that I will harvest because I killed the others getting too excited and trying things.

Any input?

PS.. I am so excited to see these babies flower. whaaaaaat :D
