my first crop didnt turn out any good.....it wouldnt smoke and i was thinking it was the size pot i put it in but this crop is turning out good and i didnt let them get so big....is that the problem or was it just something else i did wrong....if i could get so help it would be nice.....i have a 5ft. by 8ft. room with a 450w hp sodium and a 150w hp sodium in the flowering room and 250w holgen and a 210w T5

i guess what im trying to say is how do i get huge buds.....does it have to be a big plant or no.....the bestest bud ive got is about5 inches long and didnt weight nothing when dried.....im trying to get the biggest yeild off it cause im only flowering 2 at a time....plzzz help will have pics up tomorrow cause there sleeping right now

hey Esteban1 the ph level is 7.2 and the room stays about 73 degrees with a hum. level of 49% in a 2 gal. pot is that good or bad.......thxs god its legal where im at

my first crop didnt turn out any good.....it wouldnt smoke and i was thinking it was the size pot i put it in but this crop is turning out good and i didnt let them get so big....is that the problem or was it just something else i did wrong....if i could get so help it would be nice.....i have a 5ft. by 8ft. room with a 450w hp sodium and a 150w hp sodium in the flowering room and 250w holgen and a 210w T5 you can get huge bud by doing 12/12 from seed the size of the plant make a bigger yeild not bigger buds man there are many differnt ways to incress your yeild lst scrog supercroping they all play a roll in the yeild of your plant a bigger plant will produce more nodes there for it produces more BUD :) but this doesnt necceserly mean that they will be bigger then a smaller plants buds but it means there will be more of them. you might have stressed you plant out last grow stunting its growth during flowering you could have even had ph isses there is no telling why your buds were so small. but what matters is that you find out what your doing differnt and learn from your mistakes

your ph should be around 6.5 and i would use 5 gal pail

i went and got some pots that are a lil bigger then 4 gals. and some foxfarm soil thats made of worm and bat shit....they said it was some good soil....ill let everyone know how good it does in a few months when there done...thxs for everyone help every lil thing can help

The issue with four gallon pots is going to be the amount of water in the soil. If some parts stay to wet anaerobic bacteria can take hold and increase the pH leading way to rot and other nutrient deficiencies. A fan, proper temps and water the right amount every three days will help. Ph goes up not down after we feed the plants. some things like Mg combine with N under a pH of 5.8. Cannabis like 5.9 to 6.1 though when watering with foxfarm nutrients the intital ph of the batch will be lower. Dont adjust it it will raise on its own and have different things beneficial to the plant happen along the way. If watering every three days I would not add more then 300ppm per feeding so the high tds does not wipe out the microbs in the soil.
