[I] am 76 years old and have had friends who used weed, I tried a few times when I was drinking a lot always got sick. Quit drinking in 1985.

Went fishing in Baja, Mexico, became friends with some Mexican commercial fishermen whif I can. o introduced me to pot, Boy what difference. It was great. That was 2 years ago. I live in N/W Arizona elevation 5,120' temp gets down in the teens around Christmas time.

I started growing with seeds given to me by a friend. I have one plant mixed in with tomatoes, It's stem is about 1/2" in Dia. it is bushy and about 2 feet tall. it is flowering I'll attach picture if I can.
This plant only has three leaves. I have several more plants I started with a hand cloth, they are all outdoors in 5" pots. some of them have a second set of leaves.

Mi question now is can I transplant the big plant into a large pot inorder tomove when it gets too cold.

I APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

:thumbsup:namron 76, WELCOME TO THE SITE!!

When did you start the seeds outside?

Some pictures would be very useful. I am surprised it has not gone into flower. Generally, this time of year, they are in flower, outdoors.

Do you have any idea of the sex of your plants yet?

Plenty to learn. However, it isn't much different than those tomato plants. If they started at the same time, you should have some (flowers) buds, if you have a tomato. ?? pictures would help. Most plants, here in So. Cali go into flower outside, well before this time of year.

And I would start a new thread in the Basic Grow or outdoor.

May not need to bring inside. But, you will, if it is some sort of auto-flower. Post a picture and let the experts on the forum come in for a little help for ya.

Reps to you, for coming to MMJ!!!! Some of us are late bloomers!! LOL Good luck and hope for a ton of bud for you! pr

As I look back to the last time I re potted the plants I used some cheep priced potting soil I got from Home Depot. I had no trouble with moving the plants back and forth to the pump house. The plants looked good at that time, after re potting the plants slowly began to look stressed and then I found the spider mites, I wonder if they might have been in the potting soil?
I have been growing great gardens for the last 10 years and this is the first time I have ever seen spider mites
I built a solar water heater and circulated it through 1/2 " poly tubing which I had buried approx. 10 " below the rows where I intended to plant vegetables.there a 4 rows 3 feet apart. The ground temp. in early may was 43 deg. in 2 days the temp had rose to 78 deg. This allowed us to plant a month sooner .
Sorry for the information overload, But I am thinking of planting a row of weed. What is your thoughts?
