It's a hermie. See the little banana looking things? If you have other plants i would suggest getting that one out of there and kill it. If you dont have any other plants, you can flower it on out and have a little seedy bud.

looks stretched a little and some nut burn, best to flush with ph'd water and wait till soil dries if your growing in soil
