So Saturday night, I took 2 shotgun hits of honey/hash oil. I got UA'd wednesday. Saturday I was 53 days clean. When I took the hits, I didn't cough at all, which was weird because everytime I smoke I cough, especially from hash/honey oil and especially when I haven't smoked in a lil while. I worked out Monday for an hour lifting weights. Then Tuesday I sat in a dry sauna for 15-20 minutes. I didn't drink a ton of water, I drank maybe 3 tall glasses of water a day. I am 5'7" and weigh 160. I am not all muscle I got some fat but I got more muscle. Do you think I will pass this UA? They send them to the labs.

Probably not.
I buy test kits 25 at a time, so that I can obsess over how long it takes to get clean. A heavy smoker takes a good 90+ days to clean up. Once clean, one good buzz will take about two weeks to clear up for a passing score.
This is testing with a cheap kit.
Many labs will use a cheap kit, and if there is a positive, they will do a more expensive test using more sensitive equipment. So don't smoke any more, and when the test comes back (hopefully in two or more weeks) insist on a new test. By then you might be clean.
The real question in my mind is were you clean after the original 53 days. If you smoke a couple times a week, 53 days might have been clean... depending on how good the stuff you smoke is.
The problem is that if they want to do a hair test to "clear up" your request for a new test, you are screwed.
But yeah, I would do stuff like get clean, smoke one time, then test myself every other day until I was clean.
Everyone's metabolism is different, so you should go buy some test strips, like a pack of 25... Then do your own testing to learn what you can and can't get away with.
The good news is that sometimes the cheap test is more sensitive that the law requires. So it will generate a positive result, even if the amount is below the legal detection threshold. That is why they then to a quantitative test next. So you can test positive, but be officially negative if the amount is low enough. That is the only saving grace. But it depends on what the standard you are being measured against.

Its a common misconception that the confirmation GC/MS test is more sensitive. That misconception stems from the fact that the GC/MS has a numerically lower cutoff threshold than your typical Immunoassay screen.
The GC/MS is not more sensitive - its just more accurate than the initial I/A screen. And even though their cutoffs numerically differ, A 50 ng/ml I/A screen is functionally equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS. Their cutoffs numerically differ because the I/A screen recognizes all 31 metabolite concentrations combined, while the GC/MS recognizes only one metabolite concentration.
THC enters the body in its ingested form and exits the body as 31 different metabolite concentrations. The most prevalent form of these metabolite concentrations is THC-COOH.
In order to test negative on the I/A screen, the whole combination of the 31 metabolite concentrations must test below 50 ng.
In order to test negative on the GC/MS, only one metabolite concentration (the THC-COOH concentration) must register below 15 ng. The cutoff has to be set numerically lower to make the two types of tests functionally equivalent.
