I have been scouting out spots for next years grow and it occurred to me that I would need a good reason why I was on the land since it wasn't mine. I came up with a few good ideas. One of the spots I plan on using is next to a rural church. I have offered to mow their grass for allot less than they were paying. This way I have a great excuse as to why I am there on a weekly basis. There are woods that border the property and I can put 5-10 plants there easy, and to the best of my knowledge no one ever goes to that spot.

I also picked two other back up spots to use, and I have a decent cover for those as well. I do some metal detecting from time to time and it should come in handy if I have to explain to someone as to why I am there.

How about everybody else? Whats your tips for growing on someone elses land?

Growing on public land is better. Like a big park or something. You have a good idea with the church thing though. Just make sure no kids can get to it or you will be ass out. Get some binoculars and a bird book and say you're bird watching. Get a off road mountain bike and dress like lance armstrong and say it's all about the adrenaline baby YEAH! They'll buy that.
