Canadian MMA license holder going to U.S.

Hi there,,1st post in a long time,,,,
I have question to ask and no body seems to have an answer for me,,,,here it is,,,,I have been a Canadian licensed MMA patient for 3 years now because of my cancer,,,I am now retired and unable to work,,,,myself amd my wife want to move to Florida state for the winter months to get away from all this cold and snow,,,,I know the laws state that NO ONE can bring across any marijuana whatsoever, legally or illegally,,,,,,Now I'm leaving going to a nascar race in Talladega Alabama the 1st week of october and plan on going to Florida to look around for places to buy for the winter months,,,,my question is,,will dispensaries in Alabama or in Florida be able to help me and supply me my daily needs of 12 grams daily?
I'd really screw my dreams uip if I took the chance and smuggle a bit of pot across the border but if I get caught then I'm sure they wouldn't allow me back in the states ,,
I really want to do this the right way,,how do I do this? Hopefully some dispensary will looks at things in a different way and help me through my stay,,if not ,,I really don't want to get any from the corner nickel and dime bag dealer either,,,so what do I do,,,,any suggestions would be welcome,,,
Maybe there's some canadian snowbird who knows how to get some without all the bullshitm,,,many thanks,,,

Maybe you should re-consider and only go across MMJ friendly states, IMHO. WA, OR, CA, AZ, Nev, Mon, CO. I'd say the South and SouthEast have the worst laws against it.

We have members here, from Florida that are either in jail or on probation and cannot come in and tell you...Not a good idea to live in Florida and need MMJ.

No matter how you get your medicine in Florida, it will be illegal, even in Alabama. Sorry, for the bad news.

On the good side..Many retirement communities in AZ and CA, that I am aware of. Or wait until after the election. IF one state legalize's and a few more get MMJ, it will be a force toward legalization, some sort of, at the least..medical nationwide use, in U.S.A.

In Oct (I think the 17th) there will be a hearing with the Nations Supreme Court to Declassify MMJ. If that happens and/or all the states with pro-MMJ issues on the ballots' pass. Seems like only a matter of time, until it is nationwide. I am not a gambling person, though. You need to weigh the risks for yourself.

I've met many Canadians here, during the winters..your best answer may be someone in Canada, as you suspect. A CANANDIAN SNOWBIRD!

btw, I think the weather and climate are much better in the South West, we tend to simply have Earthquakes.
