So i have only watered three times

day of transplant 8/21 50 gallons water
5 gallons of this was a mixed batch of mosquito dunk soaked overnight
250ml KLN, 250ml Protek ,45ml Superthrive, adjust ph to 6.3, 50ml Roots Ex

8/24 25 gallons water

60ml Protek, adjust ph 6.0, 30ml Floralicious+, 13ml Algen Ex, 30ml Superthrive, 25ml Amino Tr, 35ml Roots Ex, 5 gallon mix Bountea bioactivator mix (tea had ph of 6.7)
ph came out 6.1 so i raised to 6.3, which i do not like to add ph down or up after mixing tea in. but had to be done so i think. some say to just leave your teas as is.

Any additives or tea's?
Superthrive, Calmag +, Floralicious +, KLN, Protek, Bountea

Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
water coming out of hose or filter is around 8.0 to 8.4

What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
i always adjust ph to 6.3, need to check runoff when i water again

Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
yes Magic Green, but haven't yet only sprayed 8/19 azamax 2 oz & 2 oz DutchMaster saturator for a 1g mix, and then 8/21 azasol at 1 tsp for a 1g mix also with 2oz saturator

Growroom

Indoors or outdoors?
indoor basement

Size room
11.9x12x5.9 plus the stairs down which i did not measure cuz its all awkward.

What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on?
on 24/7 since transplanted 8/21, and before. there is three tep gauges in my room i'll give you the high and lows of each they reset every 24 hours so this is the most recent.
Tep 1 84.0 61% max 88.0 64% min 76.3 46%
Tep2 82.9 58% max 86.9 65% min 78.1 56%
Tep3 84.5 56% max 86.2 58% min 73.9 47%

Noticed any insects in the growroom?
i have a small amount of mites very unhealthy mites, which well be dealt with more azasol sprays. fungus gnats flies, mosquito dunk mix was added to first watering. ladybugs from my pervious grow.

Those plants are hot and need more water and less fert. you have added organic ferts and can water with plain water more to fix this.

Dont go crazy with additives. Unless you know what youre doing it wont help. Also mixing stuff like superthrive in really isnt good. Use that stuff in a plain watering. sparingly.

I would read up on how to use things like cal/mag. Most of your values are random and meaningless. If you insist on crazy mixes like that I would check the EC and learn about it.

Also moving that much air is not needed. You have a ton of fans(8? in a 11X12). You can actually drive up the heat like that. I like to bring my cool air in low and let it rise, with my exhaust up high. I then just skim the hot air out of the garden, instead of mixing it in low. The fans are to keep stale pockets of air from lingering.

Folar feeding with 24/7 light is a huge no-no.(more burns).

Use filters on both ends and keep the bugs out, they ruin grows. I dont like to spray myself and on those young plants its alot of unneeded stress.

If that was mine I would just start over. The time lost correcting it you can grow better new ones fast if done correctly.(Think herman)

deep down, before posting this, and i stop fixating on just the leaf showing its under side, i knew i may have started heavy on those additives. admitting to myself i'm wrong, isn't like flipping a switch.

yes it dose get hot at some points during the day, especially if its hot outside, and some of these last days where. should have turn the light off for 4 hours those days maybe more.

i'm going to defend the water aspect though, just from all the different ways i have tried down under (the basement) to water. the girls where fully drenched then moved down. when i watered the second time they were barely dry on top, so only used 25g and if i didn't have to be gone for a few days would have waited, but i like to get that kln and protek in to jumpstart the roots. next time i watered they had time to dry out more, but hella light.

i'll try to make a little history on watering they way i do as short a possible. my pots to the front of the room dry out faster then the ones in the back against back wall. i hated watering just a few plant up front and waiting for the others to catch up, it would make my soil hydrophobic and would have to water with almost 100g just to make sure everything was throughly wet, could take up to 9, 10 days for soil to dry, and once i start using shooting powder it gets expensive. so now i just water the ones in the back with less water and the ones in the front or around the sides get a better soaking. this is just what has worked for me so far.

i wrote the values cuz it asked, and now they mean nothing? and to add to my confusion the values i found on the net did not match the values on the bottle.
like my soil a and b on the bottle for a .2-0-0.2 and b .1-.1-.3

from my experience with with this strain ( about three runs this year, and some a couple years back). they always seem to to show signs of mag def around the second or third week, so i preemptively add calmag. once in the beginning, then about the fourth week.

bluelab truncheon ec meter, works great for a few months then check it with the standard 2.77 ec solution and its off, reading at 2.1 ,2.2., even with recommended cleaning after damn near every time i use it. so i didn't bother checking these mixes, but by all means, recommend a ec meter that just reads ec and can be calibrated. even thought i now understand the conversion for ppm its just easier for me to use ec.

my 8in maxfans are moving outside air from under the house through my lights to the backyard. some would say overkill, i say fuck ya! keeps my hoods cool to the touch. 10'' max fan, i know it is to much but is what i had after splitting equipment from a bigger setup with a partner. also the water heater is in there so when ever the hot water goes on it pulls all that co2 right through the plants.
the four oscillating fans i'm running are more for blowing the radiant heat of the bottom of the hoods, the two stationary fans are at the front of the room and low, are more for when i run co2 in the dead of winter and don't need to exhaust, but i just run them anyways. didn't think you could have to much air movement.

i sprayed plants let dry before they where moved into room, before that they were under t5 but still sprayed outside, even then, have sprayed azamax, azatrol, magic green with lights on a 12/12, only when using dutch master saturator, well … cuz it says thats what its for, and never had a burn or notable stress. just switched to azasol, i stop any spray after i see flowers form, let the ladybugs do the work after if needed. i would build a filter for my basement door ( not secure) or right at the entrance at the bottom, the room for it is just not there and it would be a pain in the ass to water. i'm just one of those guys who want the easy and quick way to get rid of bugs, prevention is the best method, sometimes you succeed, sometime you don't.

i use to go from cloner to soil to 12/12 but this strain needs to be grown to the size i want before flipping. i'm still working out the kinks but it worked well for me with blackberry kush.
well these bitches will be flipped on the second of the month, and i'll post the progress, on a different post.
theres my thinking
:wtf:is herman

Grow at night? The plants dont care. I run at night -the temp is low. It would be impossible to grow in the day during the summer for me without a/c.

As far as watering and soil. This works for me. I know some people will be saying really?

I grew up analyzing soil moisture for mostly pineapple and tomatoes. We never flooded. So this is how I learned about watering. I get no runoff from my pots in soil. I dont care if its always dry on the edges. What I do care about is there is moisture available where needed. An easy way we seen this 1st hand in school was to water a few pots of soil. We then dumped one every other day and seen the moisture cycle in the given environment without killing plants.

new clone in soil.

350ml per day.in 2 waterings of 175ml.

3rd node

450ml per day. 1 shot. I follow this till Im in the 3rd week of flower.

3rd week of flower.
I flush the soil at this point on day 21 flower.

700ml every other day. I want the flowers to be able to thrive. They should be well set and grow from many points now.

last 10 days

Flood with fresh water then after every other day 700ml.

Keep in mind this is a room that has 30-40% humidity and runs 78 deg. You might vary as you have Higher temps. If you are growing during the day switch to night. you can lower a few degrees easy if you do..

"i wrote the values cuz it asked, and now they mean nothing?"

They do mean something of course. If you knew the what, when and why you used other than dumping it in, it would mean alot more. Like if you knew your k was down and you use a fast acting 0.2-0-0.9, it would mean alot more.

ON CALMAg

If you are just using tap, most likely you will never need it. Its the basic stuff most all water has plenty of already. Now if your r/o user, then you will need to get about 1-200 ppm back into in the water before adding ANY other nutes.

"from my experience with with this strain ( about three runs this year, and some a couple years back). they always seem to to show signs of mag def around the second or third week, so i preemptively add calmag. once in the beginning, then about the fourth week. "

Ok you crossed a line, haha. This is one strain I personally use. I have never had a mag issue.

You have a great tool there, learn to calibrate it. Any meter will drift or be off at some point, just don't let it get out of hand, if so calibrate it, no big deal. If I had to recommend one it would be Milwaukee or blue-lab.

Im not a big sprayer. I have been able to wash alot of pests off with plain old water. If i need to spray pest its usually pyrethrin, right as lights go out and I never move the plants.

Cant wait to see them next week, I love growing....anything.

on 12/12, of course i grow at night. on a 24/7 thats just what i had to deal with.

ok so you know the tool and you then know that this can't be calibrated, unless i missed something from all my searches on the subject and this is the second one i've owned since getting the first one replaced for the same reason, but i'll admit the first one was not treated with as much care. my next one, my be the bluelab ec pen, this can actually be calibrated, but i still pissed that the first two have failed me.

...and I never move the plants.

not sure what you mean by this, well i know what it means but not how it applies to this.
