cigs are actually WAY worse for you, herb has more "cancer causing tar" but none of the hundreds of chemicals cigs do, pneumonia etc. btw, the ONLY thing the filter does is allow more oxygen in while your smoking, although most ppl hold the cig by the filter, therefore mostly defeat the purpose entirely because they block the air passages.
