Is my Plant Budding?

I have a plant and im brand new to growing... she is about 4-5 feet tall and she has lots of tops and she is bushy ass a mother fucker.. on the heads there is little things with a bunch of white pistols shooting out of them.. what does this mean? is this good? and my friend is trying to tell me we have a dank plant because of that.. i mean i dont think its gonna be dank because its a outdoor plant and hasnt been "babyed" we did mix in some chicken shit with its soil at one point is this a good idea? any tips tricks and what ever is helpfull... you dude there are probely preflowers your plant is starting to flower and the white pistils means shes a girl. and your growing outdoors and the flowering times for outdoor cannabis is between september to november maybe even more all depends on the strain. any pictures??

ya some picts would be good also if it is 4-5 foot your lookin at one big as mother fucker plant come the end of harvest cannabis plants double in size during the flowering stage!! so your lookin at 8-10 foot plant. that should produce alot of bud if looked after well a few ozs anyway. 3ozs + i reckon.. that would keep ya stoned for a while..:hippy:

I can get 3 ounces off a 1.5 metre indoor plant.

Methinks it's kinda premature thinking ounces/pounds at this point in time especially in light of growing techniques etc, etc etc. Not taking away from the fact that mj is truly just a "weed" BUT this "weed" can either be wild in nature or super blasted depending on environment (exposure to intense equatorial light, care, nutrients etc, etc, etc.). Bro, not trying to rain on your parade but there are a bunch of variables that you haven'y revealed? Is this a well thought of plan or something you just happen to stumble on? Give us some information, pics etc.....

Just snap a shot of her in a "Living" state & maybe someone in the community may be able to help? Clipping off a piece is only indicative of a part of the whole.
