Yes

If you have a male with polen they will be regular seeds.
If you have female banana's they wil be female seeds. Not as strong genetic wise but good all they same. may pass on traits like making banana's when they are the least bit stressed. Not good if you want a seedless crop.

Just use reverse by dutch masters at the begining of flower to stop those traits and all is good.
