Seedlings, Lighting, Distance, Light cycle

Hey pretty new to growing been around and been smoking cannibis for a long time. This season started our own grow. And right now got some outdoors right now doing great. And now I'm setting up the indoor grow. I just bought a HydroFarm T5 6bulb 324w 30,000lumes. dual switch so i can run 3 lights.

And I'm germinating a few seeds right now unsure there sex. But all from some bomb I had. So I wanted to know when i put those seeds in solo cups whats the distance i want from my t5 to the cups and after there get lil size how high do i want it. And should i run all 6 bulbs at the start or work em into it only using 3 to start then when should i run all six or just run all six to start i have 8 to 10 seeds germinating. In the past I've always had success germinating. Once for got bout some seeds i had in a closet n they sprouted the first to round lefts n routs long as hell.
And What light cycle should i run them to start 24/0 or 20/4 or 18/6?

VEG
When they are big enough how long should i veg them for?
And what distance from the tops of plants?And light cycle?
And how long should i veg em for?

And I am going to be picking up a 1000w hps in the next week. MY grow space is a 10'x10' spare bedroom. with a closet if i need to clone in there.

T5's work great on seedlings & clones.

I start out about 5 inches high and drop down gradually...but, never closer than 2 inches.
The first transplant usually occurs after three weeks + another week or 2 of vegging.
6500k bulbs are perfect.

What light schedule should I do? And just keep all six bulbs on whole time?

So 3 seeds sprouted n put em in solo cups under my t5. PLEASE SOMEONE how long should i leave the light on 24/0, 20/4, 18/6? please advice would be great.
1 seeds are orange krush got 5 more just sprouted waitning till tomorrow morning to plant n 2 mystery seed.

I usually veg for 4 or 5 weeks under 20/4....but, 18/6 or 24/0 works..Ok..too.

Your choice.

Cool thanks dutch. I think ima try a 20/4.

Check the seeds this morning n bam 2 more orange krush seeds ready for soil and anther one just broke the shell. Still nothing from the purple kush its probably lil matature but it was worth a try. I'll post pics late of all my goodies. Please any input is great.

Heres 5 of my seedlings that popped. The far 3 where put in 7/31/12 and in 24hours broke the soil surface and the far 2 where put in 8/1/12 and hopefully in the morning they'll brake that surface.

So far we have 2mystery seeds, and 3 orange krush seeds.

Hey there well now I have a total of 8 sprouted seedlings. 2 mystery seeds and 6 orange krush. ill post pics later. but they all doing awsome under the t5. bout to change to 20/4 doing 24/0 right now but I think a few hours of no lights is always nice gives them a chance to rest n recoupe.
