I have a piss test coming up in about 6 days.. the last time i smoked was 7 days ago whats the best thing to do to make sure i dont piss hot??

I dont smoke as often as i use to and i read other threads with ppl who have to get tested in less then 48hrs after they smoked but its been a week since i smoke and my test is coming up in a couple days which i have to pass since im military.. someone help plz!

In your case the only reliable way will be to sub with either synthetic urine or someone elses that you know is ABSOLUTELY drug free.
You can try some of these other systems if you want to but the failure rate is pretty high.
If you're observed then you're pretty much out of luck unless you want to but a Whizzinator and sub with it.
