Sick plant Please help

I have a plant that is getting sicker by the day, at first the leaves started to droop, now they are turning brown starts around the outer edge then spreads and shrivels. I will include photo. Plants are outside in Ontario potting soil, have lots of direct sun. It was doing great then all of a sudden just shifted. Did PH test Alk was high so am ajdusting that. Any ideas Please help.

wow dude i would kill it and start again BUT if you want to save it flush it and then flush it some more before you do anything,what are you feeding her ,when did you last feed her,what medium are using ,what p.h was it but before you tell me flush it with a p.h oh 5.8
