my first time takin shrooms . whats a good amount to start at?

For your first time I'd say don't take anymore than 2.5 grams, but it's hard to say because the weight depends mostly on how well they were dried. But take more than just 1 gram. I've watched people eat as many as 7 grams and absolutely had no grasp of reality for four hours or so, and there's no saying what someone might do during those four hours.

3.5 grams has proven a good dose time and time again.
