i've always held the assumption that by law a drug screen can not be supervised or monitored unless cause is given. Can anyone find any legislation proving this to me? Especially in louisiana because thats where i live lol. I've beaten randoms before but since im about to be working on an oil rig i was thinking they might you know scrap the law. Any help? even if they do i won't let that have much control over me just extra additives i will take to get around the backwardness

Here are the current regulations mandated by the US Dept of Health & Human Services (DHHS):

If youre talking about drop-in additives used to spike a urine sample, forget them. The days of successfully spiking the urine sample with additives have gone the way of the steam locomotive. Labs are detecting them on a more frequent basis than ever before. They are detected when the sample gets flagged for excessive nitrites, high chromates, and/or an abnormal pH.
