I have 9 plants going from seed that a friend gave me from great plants. They are about 5 weeks into veg and today while I was transplanting to bigger pots for outside I looked with magnifying glass to see pre-flowers. I found one plant with the ole "ball and a stick" and now another with the weird "banana" (hermie?) So definitely will isolate them but my question is if it is possible to encourage a hermie to being only female? Are seeds from hermie's good to save and plant next year? I thought I read somewhere that hermie's do not produce any female seeds or maybe it was seeds that don't germinate?

Also, all the other plants don't seem to be showing any preflowers or maybe the fem ones haven't emerged yet?:wtf:

ANother one of my plants are showing male preflowers and even one flower that popped open. Question: I saw an older post around here that was about "capturing" the male pollen and saving it by freezing to use later on to make seeds but now I can't find it. Does anyone know the details of that post? plastic baggies or jars or what goes in the freezer?
