Hello everyone. First off my story- I am a recent college graduate who has a new career opportunity making a nice salary. Only problem? Yep, you know. :(
Anywho. Quit smoking on May 4 so that would make it almost 20 days now. My test will be either on day 26 or 27 of quitting smoking. I am 5'5", 130-135 lbs, and have been smoking daily for 3 years. First week of quitting was quite painful, I lost 8 lbs because I could not eat anything and was vomiting constantly. Haven't been doing much to cleanse because from research it seems like nothing really works.
I've decided to follow the instructions on the dilution method sticky. My question is, do I need to do the full dilution or half dilution since I will be clean approx. 26 days? I've also read people failing from dilution method. How common is this? I've been employed by this employer for nearly a year, this is basically a huge promotion. I do have a good excuse for if they question the dilution, I am undergoing lipolaser procedures (this is true) that require me to drink 70 oz. of water a day. Do most employers accept these excuses and allow a re-take? How common is it for the employer to automatically fail you from dilution?
I do not have much of an interest in using the substitution method. Makes me too paranoid and if I failed from that I would feel like a huge idiot. ANY advice is welcome - this is a big career for me with big $$! Quite sad that I have to be worried about this when I do not even touch alcohol or any other drugs. Guess that's the great society we live in.
Thank you,
