Labcorp test results

I was wondering how a person using Quest could get their results back so soon? I tested Wednesday afternoon 5/16 and was told by some tech in the office that my pre employment company would know something by Thursday afternoon. Today is Monday the 21st, employer still has not received anything back. Granted this is Labcorp, not Quest. Should my results have been back by now? I am going crazy waiting and I really need this job bad. Did the N2 dilution. Wouldn't they have contacted me if it was positive to confirm even if they did contact the employer? And if they were to contact me, don't you think I would have heard something by now. Thanks for any help. Just stressed to the max. Would take somethiing for the stress, but trying to stay clean for any possible diluted retakes.
