Disco, Shame on you bro'. Mites Cause your mama to produce less. You Should be looking out for your mother. Neem Oil here in the states only cost about 12 bucks and will "Nip it in the Bud" early next time. Don't risk infecting the little ones, buy some neem.

Neem oil i never heard of it b4 how do you use it whats it like.
Tryed predators but they must of been eaten by the mites he he .
The bud i had off her was butifull very dense.

You can get cold or hot pressed Neem Oil. It is an extraction of a from a tree's leaves that stops mites fast. It is the most common non-chemical cure that I am aware of here in Cali. You use it by diluting about a tsp per qrt of water and spray under sides of leaves especially (That's where the eggs are) so you can kill adults and offspring.

Think i,ll, have to look into that neem oil. Is it allright to use when the plants are well into flower? Coz my plants seem to be a magnet for em.

Neem is natural and should cause no harm. A day or two after you kill'em all, spray plants down with h20 for rinse. Keep an eye out for new infestations. Easy to stop when you get them early. The eggs on the underside of leaves take a couple of days to hatch, so treat more than once.

Keep a clean grow area by spraying surface with 5-10% bleach. You can also use a product called Tanglefoot that will act as a barrier.

Do the mites come in from outdoors, or are you bringing in infected clones?

Yea i always rinse everything down inc the light and ballast , they come in from outside i think.
I allways treat all my clones to an upside down dunking in soapy water b 4 they are moved to my flowering chamber so they should be mite free.
I live in the uk so i,ll have to have a look for some neem oil over here .

I like the idea of a dip for the clones. When you look for neem oil, you might also look for an miteicidal dip (like pyrethrum) to further buffer them against attack. More Neem info at http://www.neemfoundation.org/index1.htm

You can create a hostile enviroment for the mites while treating for them. They do not like humidity or cool temps. You can also spray leaves with cool water periodically to keep them away when not treating with miticide. :cool:
